Initially I downloaded a free "Wardrobe by me" pattern to see what they were like and quickly decided to purchase the Aurora tunic/dress pattern. I like the drop sleeve style. I had some problems as only two pages were showing on the print preview but after a quick social media message I found out I had opened the A0 file NOT the A4/letter file. I measured myself to decide what pattern size to make and then used the layering facility on the pdf pattern to remove the sizes I didn't want. There wasn't much instruction on cutting out the fabric but as I have made garments in the past this wasn't a problem for me. I used a light weight cotton and neatened and pressed the seams as I went along. The seam allowance on this garment is 3/8" or 10mm. The trickiest bit was inserting the front placket but overall I was very happy with the way the tunic came together. The sleeves were a little wide for me when finished so I added a pintuck on the centre outside edge with a little button for decoration, this wouldn't have been necessary if I had used a fabric that draped.. I have worn my Aurora tunic several times already and hope to make it again in a different fabric.

mixOmics Multivariatemethods are well suited to large omics data sets where the numberof variables (e.g. genes, proteins, metabolites) is much largerthan the number of samples (patients, cells, mice). Those components are then used toproduce useful graphical outputs that enable better understandingof the relationships and correlation structures between thedifferent data sets that are integrated. mixOmics offers a widerange of multivariate methods for the exploration and integrationof biological datasets with a particular focus on variableselection. The package proposes several sparse multivariate modelswe have developed to identify the key variables that are highlycorrelated, and/or explain the biological outcome of interest. Thedata that can be analysed with mixOmics may come from highthroughput sequencing technologies, such as omics data(transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics, metagenomics etc) butalso beyond the realm of omics (e.g. spectral imaging). The methodsimplemented in mixOmics can also handle missing values withouthaving to delete entire rows with missing data.
