Watch Mai To Hu Hi Ulta

Hi, my ultra hd is not working. I have tried to watch skysports ultra hd and it won't allow me. There is a message that says I need to upgrade to ultra hd! I already have an ultra hd package. I have always had it.

watch Mai To Hu Hi Ulta

I had a sky q box fitted last Monday. When I try to watch sport with Ultra hd a message comes up about having to upgrade before I can use UHD. I have rebooted the box but with no effect, also the red button on the remote doesn't seem to be working.

I spoke to somebody else who removed UHD and added it back, but it did not show in My Package. I then spoke to a THIRD person who said it was not there but they could add it. Now it shows in My Package, but still says I need to press red to upgrade when I try to watch anything UHD. This is annoying.

Has anybody solved this issue? I have recently got sky installed today. Paid for the full sports package the ultra hd package, but the only channel I can watch in uhd is sky sports mix. So frustrating.

Money deducted but unable to watch showsMoney has been deducted on 9 may 2021 for 12 months but when i m going to watch shows it show msg to subscribe again n again.. no valid reply for the mails.. please solve our issues otherwise repay the money
